You can delete your Courtr account and its associated personal data at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Delete in the app
- Open the Courtr app.
- Go to Profile → Accounts → Delete Account.
- Follow the prompts to confirm.
Your deletion is initiated and completed from within the app.
Request deletion by email
If you can’t access the app, email privacy@courtr.io from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete your account. We may verify your identity before processing the request.
What gets deleted
Once your request is verified and processed, we delete your profile, your content, and the personal data associated with your account — except for limited information we are required or permitted to retain by law (for example, records needed for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or tax purposes). Deletion is permanent and your content cannot be recovered.
Club accounts
If your profile is part of a Club account, certain club-level records (such as match history or tournament results) may be retained by the club in de-identified or aggregated form.
